Hi wonderful people!

Hope you are going well! Today it’s a routine to strengthen and shape your :

SHOULDERS
ARMS (BICEPS, TRICEPS)
UPPER BACK
AND….
CORE (WAISTLINE AND TUMMY)

You do not even have to get down onto the floor for this routine! Not even to work your core. I’ve put in some new core exercises that are done standing with the assistance of the band. I hope you like these ones:-) Would love to hear how you go with this!

You will certainly feel your arms, shoulders and upper back with the first part of the video. And during these, ensure you keep your tummy pulled in, good posture.

The core exercises must be done slowly and mindfully.Be aware of the technique tips to really feel it and get your deeper muscles working well.

Keep up the great work with the videos ok! And keep posting your suggestions for filming next week. Also - would love to know if you prefer shorter videos 10 minutes or longer videos 20 minutes plus…. LET ME KNOW ok :-)
