کره حیوانی ۱۰۰ گرم
شکر سفید ۸۰ گرم
شکر قهوه ای ۱۰۰ گرم
تخم مرغ یک عدد
وانیل ۱/۴ قاشق چایخوری
بیکینگ پودر ۱ ق چ
جوش شیرین ۱/۲ ق چ ( لطفا جوش شیرین را حذف نکنید)
نمک ۱/۸ ق چ یا ۱ پنس
آرد سفید ۲۵۰ گرم
شکلات چیپسی و شکلات خرد شده ۱۲۰ گرم
