Ingredients:
400 grams heavy cream
200 grams sweetened condensed milk
5 strawberries
5 drops red/pink food colouring (optional)

Method:
1. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
2. Add the condensed milk and whip.
3. Puree the strawberries with a fork and add to the mixture.
4. Mix in a few drops of food colouring.
4. Transfer to a mold and freeze for at least 8 hours.
