I can't stop making this cabbage and potatoes! Crispy and very tasty!

Ingredients
Cabbage (500-600 grams)
1 onion
vegetable oil
1 carrot
2 cloves of garlic
3 eggs
Salt
pepper
Smoked paprika (optional)
4-5 tbsp flour

4-5 potatoes
Salt
pepper
Granulated garlic
Provencal herbs
vegetable oil

Ingredients for the sauce
Greek yogurt or sour cream 3 tbsp
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
dill
1-2 cloves of garlic
gherkins
Spring onion
