450 grams (1 lb) cabbage
vegetable oil
30 grams (1 oz) butter
1 onion
8 eggs
Salt
pepper
5 tbsp sour cream
3/4 cup flour
Provencal herbs
2 tbsp sour cream
100 grams (3.5 oz) cheese

1 cup = 250 ml
