Maranda’s hot cocoa

3-1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
2-3 tsp. Cornstarch
2 Tablespoons Cocoa
3-4 Tablespoons Sugar
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup Bittersweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan on medium to low heat whisking frequently until warm but not boiling. Serve immediately. Top with any toppings you like.
