Protect your Investment, a little maintenance goes a long way. Filling gaps around windows and doors prevents rot, protects paint inside and out and improves energy costs. A good job requires the bad caulk be removed, but you don't need to remove well adhered caulk, if it is solid, just touch it up.
Small beads are far more controllable and cause less mess and cleanup.
