The Southeastern United States is seeing a disproportionate number of new HIV cases, and the reason has a lot to do with stigmas around getting testing and seeking treatment. Marnina Miller contracted HIV in college, and those stigmas at first kept her quiet about her diagnosis. But now this young woman is an outspoken advocate for showing the world what it looks like to live a full life with HIV.
