Hobi's "Hope On The Street" Vol. 1 Highlight Medley finally confirmed what ARMY had been discussing for days. HOPEKOOK is coming!

Since Jungkook is known for his golden voice, I figured this was the perfect time to talk about Hobi's vocals. Will he flaunt his singing voice for the HOPEKOOK collab? You see, Hobi usually raps while Jungkook sings during HOPEKOOK's part in BTS's songs. But just because he's a rapper, doesn't mean he couldn't sing.

The truth is that Hobi is an incredible singer. So incredible that it started a Twitter war. That less than 4-second clip almost caused a riot in the fandom. While it was clearly Hobi singing, some argued it was Jungkook's voice. With that perfect pitch voice, I don't blame some ARMY who think it was Jungkook. But I got a little petty at the time and replied to someone who said Hobi was just lip-synching to Jungkook's voice. I accompanied a video to my tweet to prove my point. Plus Hobi is known for singing while walking to wherever he was going.

Hobi has one of the most stable live vocals in the industry. Even when he's dancing, his vocals remain on point. Let's not forget the raw emotions in his voice. Many even said Hobi's live vocals sound the same as the studio version or even better!

Hobi treats rehearsals and sound checks like the actual concert. I can't get over Chris Martin's reaction when he heard Hobi sing live. He's very much aware that Hobi is part of the Rap Line, so he must've not expected him to sound that good.

Hobi's impressive vocals can still be enjoyed even when he's goofing around or just singing in the background. Let's cleanse our souls with a cute HOPEKOOK moment, shall we?

So will Hobi sing? Will Jungkook rap? All I'm sure of is that "I Wonder" will feature HOPEKOOK's very satisfying harmony.
