First new factory-backed F-Series in 20 years will be a formidable foe for dominant RAM 1500 👉 Full Review: https://www.carsales.com.au/editorial...

Ford Australia is on the verge of releasing its first new factory-backed right-hand drive Ford F-150 in two decades, and we’ve driven it in the US within weeks of its local launch.

Priced from $106,950 and powered by a V8-bashing twin-turbo petrol V6, the 2023 Ford F-150 4x4 crew-cab will be sold through Ford dealers with a five-year warranty and 4500kg towing capacity.

Will North America’s most popular new vehicle for the past 45 years be a smash-hit in Australia and should the dominant RAM 1500 be worried? If the local RHD conversion is as good, our first drive in the US suggests the answer to both questions will be yes.
