How do I know? I got a chance to visit the Cafe Sierra restaurant about 3 years back and so glad to see them back up and running again! Along with the great food, it was the great people there that made it special.

And during this visit, it was just like old times! The mountains of King Crab, mounds of lobsters cooked and plated to order, and beautiful roasts from prime rib to an absolutely succulent bbq duck. While the price has gone up, so has the quality and quantity.. the best of both worlds.
