Melissa’s filming + my editing debut so take it easy on me haha.
Luckily my style is pretty “raw” so it’s hard to be thaaaat bad 😅 ( I hope)

Me and Chris getting after it with some hamstrings, deadlifts and some secondary back isolation training.
With back being a focus for both l Chris and I, we both have a primary back day and a secondary. Just for more frequency, but by no means overloading the volume or big exercises for back on this secondary day, and logisticslly back and Hamstring training pair together fairly well, especially with using deadlifts as the bridge.
Felt really good moving some heavy deadlifts and I’m very confident that pushing these heavy intense multi joint movements as close to the show as I can (safely) will be a big factor for me and presenting a dense, dry, hard look!
