Oatmeal in a jar. A year WITHOUT sugar! Gluten FREE! NO lactose! I lost 10 kg when I stopped using white sugar in desserts. Delicious dessert recipes can be prepared without adding sugar. I make vegan recipes with plant-based milk. I use gluten free oatmeal.

We need 1/2+1/3 cup (180 ml) espresso.
1½ cups (150 g) oatmeal.
1/3 cup (50 g) chia seeds.
1 cup (240 ml) plant milk or milk of your choice.
1/2 cup (50 g) coconut sugar or any other sweetener.
Leave for 30 minutes.
2 bananas.
Sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa.
