We finally check off a bucket list item after 6 winters in Alaska, setting lines on a frozen river for the tasty Burbot, also known as freshwater Lingcod. Despite the major challenges we faced along the way, we remain happy for the learning experience and knowledge gained for next season. After successfully catching a few fish, we have a feast back at the cabin as per custom, including Burbot Cocktail and Fish & Chips.
