The joy of the Lord is your strength! Thats so true but what does that mean? How can you have joy in the Lord even in hard times? It easy to think that hard times, hard seasons, hard situations must suppress the joy of the Lord in your life. Although, those are exactly the moments that Jesus calls us to have joy! Jesus wants to give you joy in all circumstances. We are called to set our minds on things above where Christ is. God doesn't want you to spend your life in self-pity. Joy comes from the Holy Spirit in us. He is offering it to you right now! Will you choose to grab the joy of the Lord, cultivate the gift that our savior died for us to have, and walk in more freedom?
