Keto Sausage Balls Recipe | Keto Appetizer or Breakfast

You have to try these keto sausage balls! With just 5 ingredients plus seasoning, they are the perfect appetizer or snack to make in 30 minutes or less, and so delicious you won’t believe they’re keto-friendly. Plus, they are really easy to throw together – just like regular sausage balls, but with a keto twist!

Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 lb breakfast sausage , or ground pork
2 cups hand shredded cheddar cheese , 8 ounces hard cheese
8 oz cream cheese , room temperature and cubed

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350° F / 180° C.
2. Place coconut flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder in a bowl and mix well until combined.
3. Add sausage, cheddar cheese, and cream cheese and mix well until combined.
4. Form balls with a cookie scoop and place on a parchment-lined, greased cookie sheet.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350° F / 180° C.
