Wendy's NEW crispy panko fish sandwich just hit the stores, and I decided to try it. It's made with wild caught Alaskan pollock, lettuce, American cheese, tartar sauce, and pickles on a super soft bun. McDonald's also offers an Alaskan pollock sandwich called the Filet-o-fish, with American cheese and tartar sauce. Since they're both the same fish, I decided to pit the sandwiches again each other.
