My favorite way to eat millet is in bread! My sister's recipe for Millet-Onion bread is below. Its gluten free, yeast free, dairy free and sugar free and its delicious. Hope you can try it out."

Millet-Onion Bread Recipe
1 cup millet flour
1 cup buckwheat flour
2 TBSP psyllium husk powder
1/2-1 tsp Himalayan Pink salt
1 cup dairy free milk (ex. organic soymilk)
2.5 TBSP melted coconut oil (optional)
1-2 TBSP maple syrup
1 small to medium onion, washed and finely chopped

Instructions:
Mix the dry ingredients together in one bowl, and mix the wet ingredients together in a separate bowl then combine the two. The onions are considered a wet ingredient. Spray a glass 9x9 baking dish and put contents inside, pressing down to make the sides even. Bake 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Allow a few minutes to cool before cutting. Enjoy!
