I hope you enjoyed this what I eat in a day video! Of course every day is different, this is just a peak into what a random day looks like :) All of the meals are fairly simple and easy to make- although the dinner recipe does require some extra ingredients. I did make adjustments to it so be sure to see what I did differently. Let me know if you would like to see more of these! Sending lots of loveee!

For this recipe I substituted chicken instead of beef, arugula instead of spinach, and agave instead of honey. I did NOT marinate the meat- you definitely can, but I felt it had enough flavor with the noodle sauce. I did add some coconut aminos and rice vinegar to taste within the noodle sauce so you can play around with that. Also keep in mind how much you are going to make- I made a fraction of the recipe so had to adjust accordingly. Overall came out very good! Let me know in the comments if you make it!! :)
