I’m vegan, but I’m generally not a fan of vegan documentaries that focus on health like what the health, game changers, and forks over knives. They lack nuance, exaggerate claims, or even worse, misinform viewers. But maybe this new Netflix series "You Are What You Eat: A Twin Experiment" is different? Here are my thoughts.
