Hi, I'm Tiffy :)

This was such an exciting week because it is ARIES season and we are celebrating my husband Dom's birthday week! The week was packed with so many delicious recipes and fun activities.

Started off the week by making a few simple easy recipes such as honey garlic chicken wings with roasted sesame salad, shredded chicken rice bowl, 10 minutes only sweet and sour eggs, and a skin boosting apple herbal tea. We then got the birthday celebrations started by making Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup x Beef Tacos delicious fusion dish which was seriously SO GOOD! I always loved fusion food, and making these tacos were a serious DREAM COME TRUE, let me know if you want me to write a detailed blog post on how I made it.

I then made some chilli oil Turkish Egg which has been my favourite brunch for YEARS with my mom’s homemade bread recipe from last week’s vlog and headed out to dinner to celebrate Dom and our friend’s Andrew’s birthday with a night out in Vancouver.

On Dom’s actual birthday we made a simple dry noodle soup featuring the broth from Thursday’s night dinner, and then head to Ninja Tag. It was such a good workout and we were both SO sore. For dinner, we had a LOBSTER FEAST and made lobster bisque, burrata salad, and lobster pasta.

Happy birthday to my best friend and husband Dom, I love you so much and I am so happy to experience life with you.
