A simple and speedy alternative to cold brew, iced filter coffee requires no forward planning and is ready to drink in a matter of minutes. Here we explain the key tenets of making this refreshing summer drink using any filter coffee brewer. We then walk through the steps of creating it using a 2-Cup V60 Pourover.
APPLICATION TO VARIOUS FILTER BREWERS:
V60 – 20g coffee, 180g water, 120g ice
AeroPress – 17g coffee, 150g water, 100g ice
