A fire broke out at a Russian power plant in the southern region of Rostov after a wave of Ukrainian drone attacks in the area. Two power units at the Novocherkassk power station -- one of the largest in southwest Russia -- were taken offline, governor Vasily Golubev said. Five people were injured during a Russian missile attack on Kyiv, where falling debris also damaged at least two buildings, Ukrainian officials said. According to sources from the Kyiv Post, the missiles were aimed at the premises where high-ranking SBU officials are located in Kyiv. Meanwhile, the Ukrainian Navy claims besides Yamal and Azov ships, Kyiv’s March 23 missile attack on Crimea could have damaged Russia’s Ivan Khurs warship. "There is a suspicion that, most likely, it (the Ivan Khurs ship) was also damaged.
