Demonstrators gathered in Belgrade to mark the 25th anniversary of the start of NATO's aerial bombing campaign against the country. The crowd gathered outside the former army headquarters damaged in the bombardment. The bombardment stopped Serbia’s crackdown against ethnic Albanian separatists, ending Belgrade’s rule over its former province of Kosovo.
