Most days, I pull the Kono Dripper out for my cup of coffee. It's easy, forgiving, and consistent. Try these recipes out! If you don't have a Kono, try really blasting water into a small V60 to get the paper as suctioned to the walls (inside the crevices) as possible! With enough force, you can almost replicate this!

For the below recipes:
12g coffee to 200g water
Medium-Fine Grind benchmark-- lighter coffees, go finer. darker coffees, go coarser.
Water Temperature should be decided based on roast development and density. Lighter and/or more dense coffees, higher temp. Darker and/or less dense, go cooler.

RECIPE #1:
30g, swirl, wait until 1 min
30g, swirl, wait until 2 min
70g, gentle swirl, wait until 2min45sec
70g, gentle swirl

RECIPE #2
40g, swirl, wait until 2 min
100g, gentle swirl, wait until 2min45sec
60g, gentle swirl
