This week, we're testing a brewer that has been very commonly requested in the comments of this channel, the Stagg Pour-Over Dripper from Fellow.

We're using the XF model in this video, a design created specifically to increase flow rates by using a steep and narrow design and a hole pattern in the base of the dripper. We have been quite curious about this dripper for quite some time and it was a lot of fun to play around with.

200g Brew Water
92 Degree Water Temp
50g Pour - Circle/Center - 10-second pour from 0:00
100g Pour - 100g Center - 10-second pour from 0:30
50g Pour - Center - 10-second pour from 1:10
Total Brew Time: 2:20
