The primary source on all things SSC is the book "Tunnel Visions", which I used as a blueprint to map out the series. Many of the quotes are taken from that book, which used primary interviews and are sourced very extensively. Stuff involving budgets and congress I accessed from the official government websites, including votes on bills and amendments, and inflation calculations were done by myself using an online tool.
