Rob Rinder has just completed the 250km Marathon des Sables across the Sahara desert. He shares his admiration for the Hardest Geezer, Russ Cook, who reveals how he got into running. Russ Cook took on the London Marathon this weekend, just two weeks after his historic run across the whole length of Africa, raising nearly £1 million for charity.
