We can help players accelerate by putting them in certain positions. Here we’re starting them in a position where they have to fall. Before they hit the ground they will catch themselves, putting them in a great athletic posture to help them accelerate or explode into a jump. Once they catch them selves they take off as quick as they can or jump.
