I made a really simple and delicious cheese bread.
It doesn't require a lot of ingredients and it's really delicious.
Since it doesn't contain flour, it's easy on the stomach.

*** Measurements are using scales (g), tablespoons (Tbsp), and teaspoons (tsp) (not measuring spoons)

✤ Ingredients
- 350g Tapioca powder
- 2 eggs
- 3g, 4 pinches of Salt
- 5g(1.5tsp) Baking powder
- 250ml Milk
- 140g Mozzarella cheese
- 30g Parmesan cheese

✤ TIP
- The bottom of the bread must be well-baked to separate it from the mold. (Bake in the lower section of the oven.)
- Even if you apply oil to the mold, it will not come off easily if the bottom is undercooked.
- You can pour it into muffin cups and bake it.
- I do not recommend potato starch. It has to be made with tapioca powder to make it more chewy.
