Necessary materials
4 daily ready-made phyllo dough

4 potatoes (850gr)
4 peppers
1 onion
4-5 tablespoons of vegetable oil (50 ml)
1 tablespoon of tomato paste (45 g)
1 teaspoon each of cayenne pepper, black pepper, mint and salt

1 glass of water (200 ml)

2 eggs
