Our Ambassador, Rebecca Alley, is the CEO of Neuroinclusion and Neurodiversity Workforce Specialist. As a neurodivergent individual, Rebecca quickly realised that her ability to access the healthcare she needed was due to her privileged circumstances. She knew that this needs to change, so that everyone, no matter their background, had access to the right support.

“Mental health care is simply healthcare.”

Through her organisation, Rebecca guides corporations to become inclusive and supportive and embrace neurodivergent talent, which helps them get stable and skill-based employment whilst accessing quality medical care.

Watch her speech to learn more about her journey.
