Small bead wreath and small beads. I could not find them on the web. The small bead wreath may be seasonal.
Small beads - any pack of small beads will do
Wood sign - This particular sign may be seasonal as well but they always have wood sign decorations year round that you could use.

Black spray paint. I used semi-gloss.

Matte black, dark brown, gold and copper acrylic paint and paint brushes and sponges
Hot glue gun and glue sticks
Staple gun - optional for hanger
Drill or hot knife or something to poke and/or cut.
