Epoxy of your choice with a set time of 8 to 12 hours. No fast set epoxies.
Spray Paint - I used and prefer Rustoleum. I used satin black.
Alcohol inks of your choice. I used Pink, blue and white. You will definitely need a white when doing alcohol inks over a black base.
Tools typically used - Craft knife, 120 grit sandpaper and 180 to 220 for finer sanding after the 120. Scissors, weeding tools, transfer tape. 91% alcohol, paint or makeup brushes, mod podge, dusk mask, chemical mask, gloves.
