These chocolate oatmeal bars are healthy, easy to make and no baking needed. You can make them with any flavor that you like.

Ingredients:
1 cup (240g) Nut butter
250g Dark chocolate
1/4 cup (60ml) Coconut oil
3 cups (270g) Rolled oats
1/2 cup (120ml) Maple syrup
Pinch Salt
Directions:
1. Line a 8-inch (20cm) square baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
2. In a heatproof bowl place dark chocolate and melt. Add peanut butter or any other nut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, salt and mix until smooth.
3. Add oats and mix until combined.
4. Transfer the batter into the pan and spread evenly.
5. Refrigerate until set.
6. Cut into squares or bars and serve.
