When she was just a teenager, Isabelle Hampton-Stone lost her beloved uncle John who tragically ended his life with no warning signs. Through Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), she was able to free herself from feelings of guilt and shame related to this trauma. She kept studying and became a Practitioner, Master Practitioner, and then a Trainer of NLP. Today, as a very talented Elite Performance Coach, she uses all of her knowledge to help other people thrive. Every time she helps someone, she feels that she’s helping her Uncle John a little bit too.
