WCW Great American Bash 1999 took place on June 13th 1999 in Baltimore, Maryland. WCW Nitro hasn't been great for a lot of weeks and WCW are putting on a PPV that looks good on paper, however the build to these matches have not been ideal. Rick Steiner faces Sting in a Falls Count Anywhere match, Roddy Piper once again battles Ric Flair for control of WCW, and in the main event Macho Man Randy Savage gets a shot at World Heavyweight Champion Kevin Nash. Will Great American Bash be another WCW PPV flop or can the company surprise us with a good PPV in mid 1999?
