A little more delicious than a green beer this March 17th - I try Dale de Groff's Irish Blonde cocktail.

45ml (1 1/2oz) light Irish whiskey
15ml (1/2 oz) orange liqueur
10ml (1/3 oz) fino sherry
2 dash orange bitters
Glass: coupe or martini
Garnish: flamed orange twist

Method: add all of your ingredients to your mixing glass, fill with ice and stir until chilled and diluted. Take a thicker orange peel and warm with a lighter or blowtorch, then spritz so the oils flame into the drink.
