2 egg yolks.

As soon as the cream thickens, remove from the heat.
cover and let cool.
200g water.
100 grams of butter.
a pinch of salt.
a pinch of sugar.
Put on fire until the butter melts.
150 grams of flour.
Stir so that there are no lumps.
Place on medium heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
The dough should cool slightly.
Add the eggs one at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
This is how the dough should turn out, great)
I used 2.5 eggs.
