In this video we hear about the nightmare customer that we've all had!

We have just had a reply to my email, it is here:
Hi Dean,

Bacs payment of £640.04 has been made.

£300 - invoice 23240351 (testing)
£340.04 - estimate 23240426-2 (remedial works)
£640.04 TOTAL (she paid £3.32 more than the lower invoice amount!).

Please send the satisfactory EICR certificate, PAT certificate for all appliances tested, Smoke alarm detection certificate. Total 3 certificates as agreed.
