Maria Simeonova is the coordinator for the Western Balkans at the European Council on Foreign Relaitons Sofia bureau. She spoke to Vladimir Mitev on the twin issue of the renewed push for EU enlargement towards the Western Balkans, Republic of Moldova, Ukraine and Georgia and for reform of EU institutions.
