The first stretch of my 5000 mile solo road trip to the Balkans - Permission to Torque is a Mental Health movement set up to show others that you "get it" by displaying a discrete symbol for others to take comfort in. Its not about sitting around in a circle feeling sorry for yourself, its about shared experience and getting out there to find out what makes us happy - this is the aim of my trip and why I am sharing it on YouTube, the good days and the inevitable bad ones too.
