Asalamualaikum all, today I'm sharing effective tips on how I managed anxiety and inshallah this should help those going through similar problems. Anxiety disorder as well as other mental health disorders like panic attacks, phobias and OCD's does sadly also affect Muslims which was why I decided to take my time in filming this video for you all sharing how I dealt with it as a Muslim. Although I did not have full blown 'anxiety disorder' there were times when I really struggled with it and I found the tips I share with you all in this video extremely useful.
