Brock grew up in Lakewood and attended Green Mountain High School. He then took his schooling to the east coast where he played college football at Southern Virginia University. Currently, Brock lives in Littleton and works mostly in the southwest part of town but extends all around the Denver area.

Brock enjoys spending time with his wife, Holly, and daughter, Brinley, and loves being outside in the mountains and when he can on the beach. He is a big fan of the Broncos as well as the Rockies, and he enjoys going to summer concerts at Red Rocks.
