Got a call from a client regarding a flue causing a problem for the neighbours, who also complained to gas safe regarding the matter. An incorrect fitting was used on the flue terminal to divert the products of combustion into the neighbours garden which was quite shocking, putting that right was a bit tricky as we didn't have much space to work with above the boiler.
