After installing OneNote on a new computer & logging with the same email ID, OneNote doesn't automatically open all your Notebooks from your old computer. To find all of your Notebooks! Make sure you're logged in to OneNote here! Also, make sure you're logged in to OneDrive! The missing notebooks could have been saved locally or in the cloud!
