酥皮部分需要的食材有
中筋麵粉 200g
黃油 20g
水 112g
鹽 1/2tsp
黃油 95/95g

菠蘿餡兒
菠蘿 瀝乾水重量 540g
冰糖 80g
菠蘿泡水的時候有鹽，鹽不夠可以適量再加一點

Dough ingredients
All-purpose flour 200g 1.6cups
Butter 20g 1.5tbsp
Water 112g 1/2cup
Butter 95/95g 1/2cup
Salt 1/2 tsp

Pineapple filling :
Pineapple Drained water weight 540g
Rock sugar 80g 1/4cup

There is salt when the pineapple is soaked in water. If the salt is not enough, add a little more appropriately
