The Amelia, known by its longtime attendees and fans as “the racers’ concours,” will display hundreds of the greatest-ever road and racing machines as it welcomes guests to its 29th annual event. Held Thursday, February 29 to Sunday, March 3, 2024.

The four-day gathering includes cars on display are race winning examples, movie heroes, supercars and vehicles replete with history. Significantly, Sunday’s Amelia Concours d’Elegance will feature 275 cars representing the best-of-the-best from automotive history.

Enthusiasts were given no shortage of options this weekend, yet a record 27,000 of them returned toThe Amelia. A love for cars and people is at the root of any great automotive event, and enthusiasts.

Saturday is a busy day, a display of 375 cars at the Saturday, March 2nd Cars and Community will include an expanded RADwood display featuring an additional 250 cars from the trend-setting 1980s and 1990s. A special class of the hottest cars from 1984 will be on display at RADwood as part of the brand’s year-long celebration of Hagerty’s 40th anniversary.

Saturday concludes with the highly anticipated return of what has been dubbed “the party of the weekend” is just a few weeks away, and tickets are quickly selling for the 2024 iteration of The Hangar Amelia Island.

With an incredible line-up of automobiles and aircraft promised, guests will have plenty to ogle as they sip their cocktails and stroll the tarmac at the Fernandina Beach airport

An over-the-top exhibition of rare sports and racing cars will take guests on a journey from the 1950s to the present, including a 1966 Ferrari 206 S Dino, 1955 Mercedes 300 SL Gullwing, 1966 Porsche 906, and 1987 Porsche 962, as well as a large stable of super and hypercars. Automotive partners joining include Rolls-Royce Motor Cars and McLaren, who will display the 750S and their next-generation hybrid supercar- the Artura.

In addition to VistaJet’s spectacular fleet of business jets, guests will be wowed by an array of spectacular historic aircraft, including a 1938 Lockheed 12A, an Albatross N51ZD, and the Extra 300S.

The sunset aperitivo will take place on the eve of the 29th annual Amelia Concours d’Elegance on Saturday, March 2, 2024, from 3pm to 6pm at the spectacular Bent Wing Flight Services, Fernandina Beach.

Sunday is the big concours day. History gathers on the lawns of The Amelia and you’re sure to learn something new or find an all-new car you’ve never heard of before,” said Matt Orendac, Concours Vice Chairman. “With so much to absorb, the reading you do before and after The Amelia can be as much fun as seeing and hearing the cars themselves. These are just a few of the cars you’ll see, but there are still plenty of surprises left.”
