In this video I'm showing you another cute, easy and inexpensive Halloween decoration using Dollar Tree and Walmart items. This would cost probably $70 to $90 dollar to purchase.

Hot glue gun and glue sticks
Gorilla glue or glue of your choice.
Sand to fill bottom bucket for weight. Or you can use rocks.
