REMAKE!!! Did the last video in portrait mode #FAIL Just a quick walkthrough of our first deal! A duplex 2bed 1 bath both upper and lower units. We will be doing a good amount of rehab to both units, making the lower unit a 4 bed 2 bath by finishing the basement. once completed we will rent the units out and refinance to a 30 year loan, and hopefully pull all the money we have into it back out by using the BRRRR strategy!!
